Yeah!! I did it!

Even though I had another rough night with the boys deciding that 1AM was a great time to get up this morning, I forced myself to get some cardio in today. It was fun. It was definitely not slow cardio. I do Turbo Kick (actually certified to teach it) and have been trying to learn Round 25. I was able to take it all the way through the anaerobic section. Yeah!

Calorie burn so far (as of 9PM) is 2602, steps are 10,189.

Yeah!!
