Workout 2, complete

I was feeling really crappy today, so I thought that some good old fashioned sweat might help. It did. I did my turbo kick cardio again, this time with the DVD, not just my iPod. It's a fun one. I will see if I can get to the gym tomorrow for a strength workout. Things are finally slowing down at work enough to attempt it. Still need to figure out how to post a darn picture...
